I wonder

Being a youth director has been The hardest challenges I’ve ever faced. I mean the way I see things I shouldn’t even have a title like that, I feel like I’m failing miserably as a leader and I probably am. I don’t know how to do this! I’m here laying in bed thinking if I can’t  motivate or help those who are closer to me then how can I help those who are not?
My mind is going round and round trying to figure out what am I supposed to be doing.
I wonder if anything I’m doing or trying to do as a leader is reaching to people around me.
  I just don’t know. ……

  1. When we do Gods work, we are sowing seeds. When you plant a seed you put in in the ground. Growth in CONFIRMED when you see your seedling begin to sprout, but the truth is that seed was growing long before you saw any sign. The devil will always try to deceive you with what you see. BUT REST ON WHAT YOU KNOW. The good work that Christ started in you, he will see to completion. Continue to nurture your seeds, they will sprout! Be encouraged sister!

  2. If you are doing something you feel God has led you to do then stay strong in your dedication. It is Satan who is giving you these negative thoughts that you are not enough, that you are not helping. He is happy when he can put any doubt into us that we are being directed by God. Take your power back. Remember that with God on your side, who can be against you?
